Children’s and teenagers’ Aikido course (7 – 15 years)
The Aïkido Club Meyrin invites you to an Aïkido workshop for children and teenagers (7-15 years) on Saturday March 28, 2026, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.
This free workshop is aimed at children and teenagers practicing aikido and is led by Hansruedi NEF, 6ᵉ Dan Aikikai from Tokyo, with an approach adapted to young audiences to discover the technical bases, coordination and disciplinary principles specific to aikido, in a fun and educational atmosphere.
Hansruedi NEF has been practising aikido for a number of years, and is currently working in the field of youth and sports development. With a wealth of experience in youth work and the organization of training courses for young people, he offers an adapted, progressive and safe approach for children, combining technique, movement and a playful spirit. Holder of the 6ᵉ dan Aikikai, he transmits the principles of Aikido with pedagogy and benevolence.
