We warmly invite you to the This Aikido seminar at the Meyrin Aikido Club, led by Michel Erb, 7th dan AIKIKAI. With him, the emphasis is on a dynamic and precise practice: seeking precision in movement, body awareness and presence, working on harmony with the attacker, as well as developing technical skills that are gradually built up through repetition.
