Aikido workshop with Hansruedi Nef Sensei, 6th dan Aïkikaï of Tokyo.
Aïkido Club Meyrin invites you to an Aïkido workshop for adults, led by Hansruedi Nef, 6ᵉ dan Aikikai de Tokyo, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The course is open to all aikido practitioners, and invites everyone to bring their own weapons.
The fee is 30 Swiss francs or 30 euros.
Hansruedi Nef, 6ᵉ dan Aikikai from Tokyo. His curriculum is marked by significant responsibilities within the Swiss aikidist community: he was president of the ACSA (Swiss Aikikai) until 2023, and he exercised the role of trainer at the Ikeda Dojo in Zurich, bringing his experience to the Ikeda Dojo network as well as to national and international training courses.
His training began at the age of 15 at the Herisau aikido club, and he received his first instruction from Willi Frischknecht, who taught the aikido of Nakazono Mutsuro Sensei. He also trained with Tamura Sensei and Fujimoto Sensei at seminars in Switzerland. In 1990, he moved to Zurich and joined Ikeda Sensei’s dojo; after 2002, he resumed teaching and founded the Aikido Ikeda Dojo association with his most advanced students. His career is distinguished by a rich activity in organizing seminars, while maintaining a continuous practice and teaching stemming from the Aikikai and Ikeda traditions. He transmits the principles of Aikido with pedagogy and benevolence.
